Music has been one of the most powerful media used by all species to appeal and communicate. From time immemorial man has successfully adopted music as a medium to succeed where muscles have failed and even reasons have failed. Music has always been both a strong and a weak point of communication. IBMT successfully conducted a Management Fest "AARAMBH" recently. Encouraged by this, IBMT is now coming up with a new Program-Management Fest this time on a larger and wider scale for the entire South India naming "ANTARAAGINI-2005". Music begins when all others end. Music is a spontaneous outburst of the inner feelings of an individual. When your own soul of song is recorded for you, you may recognize yourself totally or there may be passages that invites your exploration. Music in short is a systematic harmony and orderliness. It is only to demonstrate how the inner feelings can surmount and overcome all the hurdles encountered by Management of an enterprise.
